What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process that takes place between a coach and client or a coach and a group of clients.  A life coach does for your mind, what a sports coach does for your body.  The job of a coach is to guide the  client from where they are currently at, to where they want to be.  The process involves a series of skills and exercises that the coach/client utilize to help move the client forward.  A coach stands next to you and encourages you, supports you, strengthens you, inspires you, acknowledges your growth, holds you accountable, helps you gain clarity, and helps you reach your goals.  Coaching involves professional and personal skill set including; Deep heart listening, intuitive guidance, asking powerful questions, holding a safe space for clients to explore difficult emotions, helping clients re-frame their mindset,  finding hidden debilitating beliefs,  holding clients accountable, Challenging clients to take action, Celebrating clients success, uncovering self doubt and criticism, encouraging client’s self compassion and self care.
